Our Chef, Paul Allan, takes great pride in preparing dishes only from fresh local produce including game in season, fish & and seafood from the nearby waters.

Our Accommodation
Accommodation is available all year round.
Throughout the shooting season, from November till February we offer excellent rates for shooting parties on a dinner, bed & breakfast basis. Dinner can be taken in our restaurant or bar. We offer comfortable, homely accommodation, food & service to make The Galloway Hotel the ideal base for shooting parties (including wives!), who prefer the intimacy of a small Scottish Country hotel. We cater for all the Sportsman's needs, early breakfasts, (late for the ladies!), packed lunches, & most important, late night drams by the fire discussing the day's sport!
